You can't beat this place for exploring the area, in a fantastic location near the Apex Event Venue and with a lovely setting by the sea.

Free WiFi was great for scrolling through social media while waiting for the creaky floors to wake everyone up. Loved the "charming" decor and the joy of spending hours defrosting the freezer. Just what I needed!
Who needs a soap dish in the shower anyway? Slippery floors and rusty shower heads are so in right now.

The location of this apartment is superb, with the cathedral and town center within walking distance. the private off-road parking is convenient. the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of mugs, plates, and cutlery. the double bed is very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The decor in the apartment is a little dated and tired.

Stayed at a "charming" apartment with WiFi and a lovely patio for BBQs. Convenient parking, enough room for 4 people to dine. Just a short walk to the cathedral and town center.
Loved the rusty shower head and stained bathroom, added a touch of character.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to the town centre and a wide variety of restaurants and pubs. We particularly enjoyed dining at The Giggling Squid twice during our stay. the apartment was located just a short walk from the beautiful Abbey gardens, providing a lovely spot for a morning or evening stroll.
One major drawback of the apartment was the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms, making it difficult for female occupants to put on makeup. The only mirror was located in the bathroom, which was not suitable for using a hairdryer.

Great value for the price, comfortable and well-equipped room. The location was fantastic, close to the park and within walking distance of many restaurants and pubs. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
One thing that could make the breakfast better would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast items.

Fantastic location with easy access to town and local restaurants and pubs. Wide variety of dining options within a short walk from the apartment, including Chinese, Japanese, English, French. the Giggling Squid stood out as an outstanding choice, and we enjoyed it so much that we dined there twice. the proximity to the Fox pub and other nearby eateries made it convenient to indulge in the local food and drink scene. the apartment is also close to a small local shop for any immediate needs. the little outside seating area was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. the apartment's location right by the ruined abbey allowed for pleasant walks through the Abbey gardens into town.
Felt like home, nothing to complain about.
